Ravi Menon is a founder member of LCL Logistix and currently holds the position of Director – Ocean Vertical. In this role, he is actively involved in formulating key business strategies and providing future direction to the Company. Mr. Menon has been instrumental in effecting LCL Logistix's exponential growth since 1998. Driving cost efficiencies and devising strategies to increase competitiveness are his forte.

Mr. Menon brings to the company over three decades of experience in shipping and logistics industries. Before joining LCL Logistix, he worked for seven years with CMB Transport, a Belgium-based steamship line. There he shaped his leadership capacity as he rose to the position of Trade Manager, handling sales and pricing for Western and Northern India.

Mr. Menon also worked with Sea-Land Inc. in Dubai from 1988, handling the
management and documentation of container vessel operations. He started his career with J.M. Baxi in 1984, handling operations of break bulk vessels on the west coast of India. His expertise and management qualities have added immense value to the companies he has been with.

Mr. Menon is a post-graduate in Finance from Mumbai University.

Jaison George is the Director – Logistics and one of the senior-most members of LCL’s founding team. Mr. George's insights were instrumental in developing the LCL's infrastructure projects. His contribution has been invaluable in commissioning LCL Logistix's first CFS near Port Pipavav.

Prior to moving into this important portfolio, he was in-charge of the company’s operations in North India. He had established LCL’s stronghold in the region by increasing the spectrum of services and giving the company a competitive edge.

Prior to joining LCL Logistix, Mr. George worked for five years with Maersk Line at various locations in India. He has extensive experience working across various departments in shipping lines.

Mr. George holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA.

Brahmanya Deb Mookherjee is the Director – Ocean vertical at LCL Logistix. He is currently stationed in Kolkata and is responsible for aligning the Eastern Region’s operations and performance with the corporate directive. Mr. Mookerjee handles the management, strategy and all embedded functions for the Eastern region.

Prior to joining LCL Logistix, Mr. Mookherjee worked with ITC Ltd. where he acquired extensive upper-management experience. He is one of the founder directors of LCL Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which integrated with LCL Logistix in the year 2006.

Mr. Mookherjee was inducted into the committee of CFBA in 1996. He was selected as the Vice Chairman of CFBA in 1998 and 1999 and as its Chairman in 2000 and 2001.

Mr. Mookherjee is an honors graduate in languages and holds a masters degree in business administration.

Dipankar Das Gupta is the Director - Finance at LCL Logistix. He is responsible for spearheading the financial strategy and management of the Company. Along with running the Financial Controller functions and providing ROI guidance to business units, he also drives financial prudence throughout the Company. Mr. Das Gupta took over this position in 2006.

Mr. Das Gupta has 11 years of experience in the logistics industry and over 26 years of experience in finance and accounting operations. He is a director of  LCL Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which integrated with LCL Logistix in 2006.

He has held the position of Financial Controller at Sentrans Maritime Pvt. Ltd. and has worked with multinational companies such as BOC (India) and Organon (India). He started his career with the accounting firm Lovelock & Lewes.

Mr. Das Gupta is an Honours graduate in Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sudipto Ganguly is the Director – Logistics at LCL Logistix. He is stationed in Kolkata and is responsible for developing the company’s business in the Eastern Region. With special focus on the logistics vertical, he is responsible for planning and implementing the sales strategy, customer retention and business development in the region. He works closely with the operations team to improve customer experience through better servicing and value-added services.

Mr.Ganguly is a director of LCL Freight Solutions, which integrated with LCL Logistix in 2006. Mr. Ganguly has acquired extensive industry experience through his stints with the ITC Welcome Group - Hotel Division, Blacker & Co., Sea Bridge Maritime Agencies (Agents for Hyundai Merchant Marine), and Sentrans Maritime. Mr. Ganguly is an Honours graduate in Commerce.
