Drive LCL Logistix expansion with medium – large Indian companies who need high quality logistics services to meet their import/export needs. Independently manage the front end with clients while co-coordinating in – house for service delivery.

Candidates must be able to:
- Identify high potential medium – large companies with Logistics needs related to import/export.
- Understand their Logistics need in depth.
- Propose a solution based on in house capabilities.
- Propose a solution based on in house capabilities to deliver increasing value to clients.
- Manage front end relationship with senior logistics professionals at client companies.
- Ensure client requirement are translated into smooth service delivery through co-ordination with in-house team.
- Adding new customer and other direct customer for LCL & FCL. Rate negotiations with customers. Console volumes
- Retaining the existing Customer. Gathering current market info. Sorting debit note issue and service issues.
- Ensure client requirements are translated into smooth service delivery through co-ordination with in-house team
- Candidates must have high energy, be able to think on their feet and an ability to work within teams.
- Compensation will be very competitive and not be a constraint for the right candidate.
